How do you define a developer?
A developer is an individual who is building charts using Charts 4 PHP Framework, directly or indirectly. Developers working on completely different modules of your application are not included.
If the developer leaves the organization, do we have to purchase another developer license for the new one?
No. The developer license applies to the seat, not the individual.
Can I redistribute Charts 4 PHP Framework with my products?
No. For that, you’ll need an OEM license. Please contact our sales team to get information on the OEM licenses.
How long does it take you to send the product after I have made the purchase?
As soon as you make the purchase, you will get a link to download the software and you can start using it right away.
Can I receive a payment invoice? (for e.g. taxation purpose)

I would like to purchase your products but I cannot make the purchase online. What other methods of payment do you have?

Purchasing a license is a one time payment or monthly?
It’s one time fees that includes limited period of subscription for updates and technical support. If subscription period expires, product will keep working as before. However for new versions and technical support you will be required to renew the license. Please contact our sales team for any queries.
How to pay with Paypal? I'm always redirected to 2Checkout, and I don't have a VISA-card.

I am a consultant or freelancer, and am building charts for my client’s website or internal usage. In whose name should I purchase the license?
You can purchase the license in your name and build charts for your client, as long as it is not a product that is commercially redistributed.
How do you provide support for your products?
